HI-ROLL BEARINGS as the importer of Bearing products warrants the user each product delivered complies with AFBMA & ISO ABEC1 standards and shall only be subject to warranties for faulty material or workmanship as expressed at time of manufacture of the Bearing product supplied.

HI-ROLL BEARINGS warrants the Bearings are manufactured to ISO 9001-9002 and the products are fitted to comply with the original manufacturers OEM specification of vehicle application and servicing. The Warranty is limited to the passing of a credit or full replacement of the original Bearing product without additional charges in the event the Bearing failed due to faulty material or manufacturers workmanship. No other warranty or liability is expressed.

The Warranty does not cover HI-ROLL BEARING products which have been subject to misuse, improper fitting/inappropriate operating conditions/lack of normal servicing or poor lubrication and or any product which has been repaired or altered which would affect the performance of the Bearing in HI-ROLL BEARINGS judgment.

In the event a claim is made, HI-ROLL BEARINGS needs to be notified immediately of the failure. The Bearing should be returned with a detailed report on history of service & application of product at the user’s expense to our Melbourne warehouse for full assessment.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied. HI-ROLL BEARINGS neither assumes responsibility nor authorises any other person to express any obligations / liability /warranties on behalf of HI-ROLL BEARINGS.

In the event Bearings are returned after 7 days of despatch, a 15 % restocking fee will apply. Bearings must be not opened or used. A quality inspection fee will apply on receipt of the Bearing along with invoice number details. The Bearings must be in their original packaging.
